Terms
Updated 15 September 2026
These are the terms I work by. The details of a particular site — what it includes and what it costs — are agreed with you in writing, by message or email, before the full build starts. If a message and this page ever disagree, what we agreed in writing wins.
Before anything is agreed
I build the first screen of your site and put it on a real address, so you can open it on your own phone. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing, and I take it down.
The build
Once we agree on the scope and the price, I build the rest. You see it live while it is made and tell me what to change until it is right.
The site is connected to your domain once the build is paid for. Until then it stays on my hosting.
Your material
When you send photos or text, you confirm that you have the right to use them. If I find or edit photographs for you, I use sources that allow commercial use.
Upkeep
After launch, a monthly fee keeps the site online and looked after. Everyday changes are part of it, like a price on the menu or the hours you open. A new page or a new feature is priced before it starts.
You can stop upkeep whenever you like. Tell me before the next month begins, and I will hand over the site’s files and help move it wherever you want it hosted.
Ownership
Once the build is paid for, the site’s design and content are yours to use. Your domain is registered in your name from the start.
What I cannot promise
I build sites to load fast and to be found, but I cannot guarantee a position in Google or a number of visitors. Hosting runs on Cloudflare, and if something breaks I fix it as quickly as I can.
The demonstrations
CORTADO, SOLENNE and CADENCE are invented businesses. The sites are real and show the kind of work I do; nothing on them can be bought.
